Welcome from the Principal
Thank you for visiting our website and showing interest
in the New Cairo British International School. Selecting
the right school for your child can be a daunting
exercise, particularly if you are moving to Egypt for
the first time. This website is designed to give you an
insight into our school with the hope that it can help
you to make an informed decision about the next step in
your child’s education.
We have had in excess of 30 years of experience at
welcoming new students into our school community. During
this time, we have developed a reputation for being a
very caring, dynamic and friendly school that strives to
enable students to recognise their full academic
potential. It is our aim to offer an education that is
both holistic and international in its nature, the
academic rigour of which is guaranteed to prepare
students to perform exceptionally well in public
examinations, while at the same time, equipping them to
be life-long learners in an increasingly globalised
