The Music Department at NCBIS offers
peripatetic music lessons.
Peripatetic instrumental teachers at
NCBIS are professional musicians with a high level of
experience, most of who work with the Cairo Opera House
and only spend their duration at the school teaching an
instrument. The instrumental teachers offer an easy and
relaxed yet focused atmosphere for their students.

Lessons are paid for according to each
school term. Each lesson lasts 30 minutes. These lessons
are held once a week at different times during the day
every week. This is to ensure that a student will never
miss the same academic lesson during the day.

Most instrumental lessons are available
to all students from year 2 upwards and to the Dutch
students group 4 and upwards.
There is a great demand for lessons.
Priority are given each term to GCSE music students and
pupils already taking lessons from the previous term at
the school.
